THE IMPORTANCE OF HABITS

"Winners and losers set the same goals" (Atomic Habits by James Clear). Habits are the tiny actions you take that carry you to your goals. Start small, let them compound, and eventually you can reach your goals. We all want the job, the money, the happiness and we all experience pain, loss, and failure along the way. The difference in achieving goals, regardless of your challenges, and failure is your ability to be consistent with your healthy habits.
